  • 34 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • 4 Guajillo Peppers
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Low-Sodium Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into large chunks and brown in a pot over medium-high heat.
