  • 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 package blue raspberry jello (3 oz)
  • 1 package strawberry jello (3 oz)
  • 1 tub whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and cold water; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Allow cooling slightly, then poke holes across the entire surface with a fork.
  5. Dissolve blue raspberry jello in boiling water and pour over half the cake; repeat with strawberry jello on the other half.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the cooled cake and decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
