- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then shred it using two forks.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber to the dressing mixture; mix well.
- Place generous portions of the mixture onto each wrap and roll tightly. Slice in half to serve.
