  • 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (16 oz) store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and dicing the vegetables.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. Gradually add heavy cream while stirring, then mix in gnocchi; cook for 3-5 minutes or until gnocchi float.
