- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- Salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley to taste
Instructions

- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
