Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
