  • 1 cup bell peppers (red, green, yellow), diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup grilled chicken or shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Sauté the diced onion and bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Allow to simmer before mixing in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
