- ¾ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix in Baileys and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the Baileys mixture.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
