Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake is a rich, no-bake delight that blends creamy cheese with the smoothness of Baileys, all on a crunchy graham cracker crust. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (optional)

  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix in Baileys and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the Baileys mixture.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
