  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted pistachios
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until pale and fluffy.
