Description

Reuben Sandwich Sliders are irresistible bite-sized treats that combine savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese in soft slider buns—perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Corned beef
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Russian dressing
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the slider buns and layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and drained sauerkraut.
  3. Drizzle Russian dressing over the sauerkraut, then top with the other half of the buns.
  4. Brush melted butter on top of the assembled sliders and sprinkle with optional garlic powder or poppy seeds.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders and serve warm with extra Russian dressing.
