Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cherries under cold water. Pit and chop them into small pieces.
