  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Optional: half-and-half or heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Dice the carrots, celery, and onion; mince the garlic.
