Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves (romaine or butter)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with cumin and paprika, then grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. 2. Allow the chicken to rest briefly before slicing into thin strips.
  3. 3. Lay out whole wheat tortillas and spread Greek yogurt or sour cream evenly on each one.
