Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Casserole is a delicious and effortless meal that layers tender cheese ravioli, savory marinara sauce, and creamy cheeses for a comforting dish perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.   • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the crockpot insert with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Add dollops of ricotta cheese and sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top.
  5. Repeat layers: add another cup of marinara, remaining ravioli, more ricotta, and mozzarella; finish with a final layer of mozzarella.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
