  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 sturdy rolls (hoagie or baguette)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, place in a roasting pan, and cook for about 1 hour until desired doneness.
