- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one for flour mixed with salt and pepper, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning and Parmesan.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1-inch wide.
- Dip each strip into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
- Place on the baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
