Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add chopped onions, cumin, and chili powder; sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Warm corn tortillas in another pan or microwave until soft.
- Spoon beef filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
