- 2–3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped
- 4–5 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Low-Sodium Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Corn Tortillas

Instructions
- Chop onions and garlic to streamline your cooking process.
- In a hot skillet, sear the beef chuck roast on all sides for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Place the seared beef in a slow cooker. Mix honey, chipotles, garlic, onion, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl; pour this mixture over the beef.

- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
