  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Stir in taco seasoning and jalapeños.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese and black beans; mix until cheese is melted.
  3. Place an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold according to package instructions.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry each egg roll until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
