Pistachio & Blackberry Cheesecake Towers are a stunning dessert that harmonizes creamy cheesecake, crunchy pistachios, and tart blackberries. Perfect for any celebration or a delightful treat!


Ingredients

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Unsalted butter
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into small molds and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and sour cream, mixing well.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and chopped pistachios.
  4. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture onto each crust layer, adding whole blackberries on top. Repeat layers until desired height is reached.
