Instructions
- In a large bowl, flake the canned salmon.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
