Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the canned salmon.
  2. Mix in the breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
