Instructions

  3. Stir in carrots, celery, and bell pepper; cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in broth and diced tomatoes; add oregano and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat; let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
