Description

Shamrock Shake Pie is a delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy mint flavors with an indulgent Oreo crust. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any festive gathering!


Ingredients

  • Oreo Crust
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Mint Extract
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in mint extract and green food coloring until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
