Ingredients
- Ribeye or sirloin steak
- Mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
- Crispy bacon
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Hard-boiled eggs

- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Let rest before slicing.
- Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Wash mixed greens and dry thoroughly. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice thinly.
- Boil eggs for 9–12 minutes; cool and peel.
- In a large bowl or platter, layer mixed greens, sliced steak, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and halved eggs. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
