A vibrant blend of juicy steak, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh greens, this dish is a perfect balance of flavors and textures—ideal for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Ribeye or sirloin steak
  • Mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
  • Crispy bacon
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. Wash mixed greens and dry thoroughly. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice thinly.
  5. Boil eggs for 9–12 minutes; cool and peel.
  6. In a large bowl or platter, layer mixed greens, sliced steak, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and halved eggs. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
