Ingredients

  • Fresh lime juice
  • Bell peppers and carrots
  • Fresh cilantro or mint
  • Peanut sauce
  • Mixed greens (romaine or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
