Description

This fun and festive Easter Dirt Cake Casserole is a deliciously creamy dessert layered with chocolate goodness, perfect for family gatherings and sure to bring smiles to everyone’s faces.


Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Colorful sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gradually add milk while mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy. Spread half of this mixture over the crust, followed by another layer of crushed cookies. Repeat with remaining filling.
  5. Top with colorful sprinkles, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
