- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Colorful sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gradually add milk while mixing until well combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy. Spread half of this mixture over the crust, followed by another layer of crushed cookies. Repeat with remaining filling.
- Top with colorful sprinkles, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
