Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour to firm.

  6. Bake cookies on parchment-lined sheets for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
