  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each fillet lightly in flour, shaking off excess.

  5. Flip carefully; cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
