  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 oz berry-flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing the crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with half of the fresh berries and drizzle half of the prepared berry Jello over them.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture, berries, and Jello.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with extra berries if desired.
