Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Fresh spinach
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella.
