  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the mashed bananas and oil until smooth.
