- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
