- 1 tsp chili powder
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the ground beef, cumin, and chili powder; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
