Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing is a comforting, flavorful dish that combines tender chicken and savory stuffing, perfect for family dinners or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix (your choice)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and celery.
  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and enough chicken broth until moist but not soggy.
  3. Lightly coat the slow cooker with nonstick spray and place seasoned chicken at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle diced onion and celery over the chicken.
  5. Layer the prepared stuffing mixture on top of the vegetables and chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is hot and tender.
