Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; avoid over-mixing for fluffy pancakes.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
