  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
