Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef-cheese mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
