  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. In another pot, boil salted water and cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain well.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi and sliced chicken back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, stirring gently to coat evenly.
  6. Plate and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
