Ingredients

  • 4 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8-inch springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Spread half of the chocolate ice cream in the pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour half of the hot fudge sauce over the frozen layer and spread evenly.
  4. Add all the vanilla ice cream on top and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  5. Pour the remaining hot fudge sauce over the vanilla layer, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Top with the remaining chocolate ice cream, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until fully set (about 4 hours or overnight).
  7. Once set, remove from the pan, top with whipped topping, drizzle chocolate syrup, and sprinkle additional peanuts.
