  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  5. Add shredded rotisserie chicken and spinach; cook until heated through and spinach wilts.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water if necessary for desired creaminess.
