Description

Indulge in a luscious Coffee Tiramisu Cake that beautifully merges rich espresso and creamy mascarpone for a dessert experience that will leave you craving more.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 24 ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold this into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, then layer them in a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over these cookies.
  5. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.
