Description

Churro Cheesecake is a heavenly dessert that brings together the creamy richness of cheesecake and the sweet, cinnamon-spiced flavor of churros. Each slice features a smooth cheesecake filling layered atop a buttery graham cracker crust, all topped with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and swirl in more cinnamon sugar on top.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool inside with the door ajar for an hour.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving. Dust with remaining cinnamon-sugar before slicing.
