  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them to coat evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
