- 8 oz (225g) high-quality feta cheese
- 2 cups (150g) chopped fresh broccoli

- 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Boil a large pot of salted water for the pasta.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions; drain and reserve some cooking water.
- In a baking dish, toss broccoli with garlic and olive oil. Place feta in the center, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
