  • 8 soft corn tortillas
  • 2 ears fresh corn, grilled and kernels removed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the brisket generously with chili powder, salt, and pepper; let it sit.
