  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry)
  • 1 cup Beef Broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef and vegetables.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to the package instructions until al dente; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, sauté sliced beef over medium-high heat until browned (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until bright green but crunchy (about 2 minutes).
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry in a separate bowl; pour over beef and broccoli in the skillet.
  6. Simmer briefly until the sauce thickens (around 2 minutes).
  7. Toss cooked ramen noodles into the skillet until evenly coated with the sauce.
