  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions
