  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook shrimp and scallops over medium heat until pink and opaque; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add garlic, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the cooked seafood and cheddar cheese until combined.
  5. Roll out the pie crust into a pie dish and fill it with the seafood mixture.
  6. Fold excess crust edges over the filling and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
