  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and add pasta. Cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
