  • 1 package pre-made pizza dough (14 oz)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Brush the garlic butter generously over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dough followed by parsley or Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to another and pinch seams to seal. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
